HOW DO I BOOK?
Click on the BOOK HERE at the top right.  Follow the link to the final screen.  After completed, you will get an email with confirmation.  If you don't receive this email confirmation, please email me and I will confirm your appointment.

If you do not see a time/date that works for you, please email beth@clearphotographystudio.com with your requested date/time and I will see what I can do. 

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY?
The deposit is paid when booking.  The remainder is due on session day.  Any prints or products are paid when ordering.  

ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?
No, they’re not refundable.  The deposit books that spot for you, which means I cannot take someone else in that spot.  Once the deposit is paid, that spot is reserved for you.

WHERE CAN I HAVE MY SESSION?
Anywhere, but there might be an additional fee.   Anywhere within the city limits of Owatonna is fair game.  Anything beyond city limits is $1 a mile (up to 30 miles).  Farther than 30 miles is on a per session basis.

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO HAVE AN OUTDOOR SHOOT?
When the sun is low.   Best time is before 11am or after 4pm.  If you have a time between 11-4pm, it is best to be in a more shaded location, to reduce squinting. 


WHAT IF THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER FOR OUR SCHEDULED SESSION?
Two options: (1) reschedule for a different day (2) move it to the studio.
If we reschedule, we would wait until session day to do so.  Many times the day ends up being beautiful, so waiting until a couple hours before is best.

WHAT IS THE RESCHEDULE POLICY?
In the event of a sick or injured child or other problem, I allow reschedule per session at $25, if you notify me 24 hours before the session (new session must be within 2 weeks of the current session or a new retainer will need to be paid).  If you need a second reschedule,  a new retainer must be paid.  If you don't show up to your scheduled time, a new retainer must be paid. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you are considered a no show.



WHEN WILL I SEE MY PHOTOS?
You will see a sneak peek on social media 1-4 days after your session.  You will see all images 7 days after your session.

HOW WILL THE PHOTOS BE DELIVERED?
The photos will be delivered to your email with a link to your online gallery. From there, you can download your photos with the provided PIN, share the link with friends/family, share to social media, and order prints. This gallery will only be open for 7 days, so please follow the instructions you will get in the email to the end.

DO YOU WATERMARK YOUR PHOTOS?
No! I believe you should have photos that are unmarked.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE ORIGINAL UNEDITED RAW IMAGE FILES?
I do not provide the unedited RAW images. The images in your gallery will be edited to improve lighting, contrast, sharpness, and color.

DO I GET THE COPYRIGHT TO MY PHOTOS?
No.  The copyright stays with Clear Photography.  With that being said, any full session comes with a print release, which gives you rights to print and share on your own.

PHOTOSHOP
Can you do photoshop work on my old photo or photoshop someone who is not present in?
Yes, I can do both of those items.  I do require a release form to be signed by the person who took the photograph (professional or amateur) before I can start this work.  This work is not apart of my normal session workflow and will be billed on a separate invoice.


REFUNDS/RETURNS
WHAT IS THE REFUND OR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of photography, there is no refunds or returns.  I work very hard to deliver each and every client the best work I can.  I check each and every print for imperfections before handing them over to you.
